I must commend on the warm hospitality offered everytime I stayed at your hotel especially your General Manager, Mr. Simon Leong. He is indeed a gentleman that deserves great praise. He understands what is affability and humility. His attitude and character would definitely inspire all guests who may stay in TRADERS INN, Brunei.

Joking aside, it is always a pleasure to stay at the Traders Inn on my frequent trips to Brunei. The management and staff are always eager to pander to my childish whims. Once you have a fully-stocked bar up-and-running the Traders Inn will certainly become my favourite hotel in South-East Asia !

Arrived at Traders after a 'Balls-up' by Royal Brunei Airline (I will tell that sorry tale elsewhere more effective) who tried to fob us off with lesser accomodation (some successfully) before then booking us into Traders. Although we had only a short stay (6 hrs) it was non the less pleasant and the staff very friendly and helpfull. The young man at the door even looked out for us as we wandered to the Chinese Cafe up the block for a can of Coke, to ensure we got there and back ok. Wondered however why no Coke etc avail in Traders?. Overall, clean and comfortable with very friendly and efficient staff.

Really enjoyed our stay and found the hotel very comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly although the shower was a little cold. Taxi transferes were great, good added feature. Thanks for a great time!!!
